These photos were taken on Jun 7th, 2023, and June 8th, 2023, and show the very vast contrast of the impact both jersey city and new york endured due to the Canadian forest fires. It was like walking through a post-apocalyptic wasteland and was very surreal! The air looked as though it was set on fire with visibility very low due to the thick soot smelling fog that blanketed the area it was permeating through everything even in the American Dream mall!
