A new yEAR!

Welcome to 2023! we are exactly half way thru this year and id like to check in with you all to let you know whats been going on! Firstly lets talk about photography! Photography has taken root and it’s about all i can think about these days can’t really explain it however, it’s what brings me joy i try to take at least one photo a day to continue to practice and learn the craft! Facebook awards give me a huge boost in confidence as i continue to document my daily adventures. Learning to see the light has been one of the biggest improvements i have made recently which brings much more contrast to my final edit! I am finally finding my “Style”. Earlier this year i made a very risky move something i wouldn’t suggest anyone do if you are new to photography. I threw caution to the wind and purchased an A7r4 61mp camera! My thought process was it’s make it or break it time! Forcing myself to get out more take more risks and put myself and my work infront of as many people as i can in hopes of one day landing jobs and kick starting my career in photography. I am told numerous times doing what you are passionate about for a living might kill that very same passion. I am finding that is not the case at all at least not for me i am the most relaxed when i am behind my camera even when photographing complete strangers! What is even more rewarding is the reactions i get from the photos i take i have garnered pride in what i do and it’s about all i think about these days! Do i know what im doing as far as my camera im quite comfortable with it but the business of being a photographer i am still navigating that road! All i know is that i won’t give up till my goals are met thank each and everyone of you that have purchased from my store helping me to make my dreams possible!
